The exhibitor shall be responsible for maintaining health and safety of employees and visitors during the exhibition. In addition, the exhibitor shall protect the personnel (hereinafter referred to as Contractor), Discover Events staff, or the third parties (subcontractors) and their health and safety against hazards arising from the work carried out during the exhibition. The exhibitor shall be entitled to supply/procure all the equipment that is essential to the works of exhibitor, contractors or subcontractors in compliance with the Labor Law No. 4857, the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and/or other regulations relevant to these laws. Only professionally trained staff must operate the given equipment to ensure that the tools are used by the personnel properly and to exclude the risk of any work-related accidents, as well as direct/indirect, material and moral damages. Full responsibility for any inflicted damage shall be solely placed on the exhibitor in accordance with criminal and substantive law. The exhibitor shall ensure that all employees engaged in the works in the exhibition area are not younger than 18 years old and provided with insurance for the execution of works as specified in the state legislation. During stand build-up, breakdown, material transportation and other works carried out by Contractors/Subcontractors, the exhibitor shall provide all the necessary information and documents requested by Discover Events. The exhibitors who do not follow the given requirement shall not be allowed to have their Contractors/Subcontractors working in the exhibition area. If by any means the latter manage to enter the exhibition area without the permission and confirmation of the organizer, Discover Events shall not bear any responsibility for the possible damages caused by exhibitors, their contractors or subcontractors. In this case, full responsibility and charges shall be imposed on the exhibitor solely.
